About the Role
Prepare journal entries and process all related payments. Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
Validate invoices, disbursement and employees’ reimbursement. Check and ensure tax data and vouchers are correct.
Collect, sort and archive accounting vouchers.
Reconcile bank transactions timely.
Reconcile revenue transactions timely.
Prepare and report tax filling of WHT, Individual income tax, corporate income tax and all company tax to comply with government regulation.
Coordinate and manage banks, tax bureau and auditor.
Prepare and update Fixed assets lists, calculate depreciation monthly and physical count fixed assets timely.
Perform other necessary tasks to support finance, accounting, tax and related functions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
At least 3 years of experience in Accounting.
Has good knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations.
Familiarity with using accounting software, and familiar with Yonyou would be preferred.
Business level proficiency in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel skills.
Has excellent communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and demonstrate initiative.
Strong personality with a positive attitude, detail-oriented and ability to work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines.
High level of confidentiality and ethical standards.
Willing to work overtime sometimes.
Base North Jakarta Pluit Village Mall.
